His notable achievements include successfully elevating employment agency offices from low star ratings (1 & 2) to high performance ratings (4 & 5), ensuring their sustainability. He has also led teams in preparing for Quality Assurance (QA) and ISO audits, maintaining compliance and best practices in disability employment services.
What Attracted Peter to This Role:
Peter is passionate about working directly with individuals to help them achieve their goals. He thrives on community involvement and networking, believing these elements are crucial in creating meaningful employment opportunities for people with disability.
Goals and Vision for the Role:

We are excited to have Peter on board and look forward to the positive impact he will bring to the Customised Employment Program and the wider community.
