Access Knowledge has experience in providing training to a variety of learners, including people with learning needs. We have created training programs to meet the needs of learners with a disability and/or low literacy levels and adjusted assessments used to support positive outcomes.

To ensure training meets the needs of our learners, we work with employers, job agencies and community organisations such as SLES/pre-employment organisations to develop a customised training program. In our experience we have found that this additional support leads to training success.
