Vocational Training
Access Industries operates a Registered Training Organisation (RTO 45311), known as Access Knowledge. We are also an NDIS registered training provider.
Training courses are offered to all Access Industries employees, to other disability services organisations and to all those wanting to improve vocational and life skills through additional learning.
Access Knowledge is structured to provide supportive and accessible learning for all people with or without disability. Our purpose is to create opportunities for all people to achieve economic and community participation through meaningful skills training and employment.
We deliver on our purpose by maintaining profitable and sustainable business services that provide supported training and employment opportunities. We have been successfully providing these services for 75 years.
Access Knowledge can assist people in employment, or seeking employment by:
- Preparing school leavers and young people to transition to a vocation.
- Preparing people with disability, already in employment, to improve their financial independence via paid employment.
- Preparing people to improve their employment prospects with additional skills.
