We believe in creating opportunities that empower every individual, regardless of their ability. Our Work Experience Program is one of the many ways we foster inclusion and provide meaningful pathways for students with disabilities to develop skills, gain confidence, and prepare for future employment.
A Gateway to Growth and Independence
We work closely with schools, disability support services, and families to create group work placements that suit the students’ interests and capabilities.
Through hands-on experience, students gain insight into the daily operations of a workplace, enhancing both their technical and social skills. This practical exposure helps build self-esteem, provides clarity about career interests, and helps participants understand their strengths and areas for growth.
Participants also develop critical life skills such as time management, communication, problem-solving, and collaboration—all of which contribute to a well-rounded foundation for future independence and success.
