Sydney, NSW. We are delighted to welcome Rojina Shrestha to the Access team. As our new HR Administrator, Rojina’s role is a unique one, so we asked her to share more about it with us.

Describe your role with Access

I have recently joined Access Industries as a casual HR Administrator following a 3-month internship, and I am truly grateful for the opportunities I’ve had with the organization. In my new role, I will be assisting with HR processes, supporting recruitment, managing employee records, and helping with various HR-related administrative tasks.

Tell us about your background, previous roles and achievements

I am currently pursuing an MBA in Health Services Management and hold a Master’s degree in Nursing (Nepal). I worked in nursing college, where I had the opportunity to explore administrative roles, assist with academic administration, and contribute to student enrolment and selection with staff recruitment. My experience sparked my interest in expanding my career into the administrative field. This unique blend of healthcare experience and business education has provided me with valuable insights into organizational efficiency, and I am excited to bring these skills into HR administration.
