Access Industries has announced the recent appointment of Carolyn Frichot as Marketing and Fundraising Manager. Carolyn joins the senior team in this brand-new position, bringing with her over 20 years of experience in marketing and communications, particularly in the NFP/disability sector.
Carolyn has been engaged to lead change management to a new donor-driven funding model in the area of fundraising, and in marketing, to help position Access Industries as a leading provider of supported open employment for people with disability in NSW.
Carolyn has worked with both private sector and human services agencies in previous roles, project managing digital transformation and stakeholder engagement, growing membership bases by over 100% and with industry-leading engagement rates.
“I’m very pleased to be taking on this new role” Carolyn said. “Employment for people with disability, that has a commercial imperative for profit and sustainability, is truly inclusive and equitable. Access Industries is a perfect example of inclusiveness in action, a motivator that is very close to my heart”.
Access Industries has been in operation for over 70 years, providing opportunities for people with disability to achieve economic and community participation through meaningful employment. All employees receive training and the support they need to deliver quality products for their customers – which are primarily in the packaging, pallet and commercial laundry sectors.
