Today, we had the privilege of hosting several groups at our open day at the Seven Hills facility, which was designed to showcase our supported employment and training programs. This event provided a significant opportunity for parents, support staff, and educators to engage with us and seek clarification on any queries they may have had.
Participants were welcomed with a comprehensive tour of our packing facility, followed by an informative session where we offered refreshments and addressed their questions.
We take great pride in our commitment to delivering tailored programs that cater to the unique needs and capacities of each employee. This individualised approach enables us to develop customised work plans that specify agreed-upon hours of work per day or week. To be considered for employment, individuals must meet our eligibility criteria, including qualification for a disability pension and/or being a recipient of a NDIS plan.
