Through this program, Emily is gaining crucial knowledge in areas like WH&S (Work Health & Safety), OH&S (Occupational Health & Safety), and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), remarking, “I’m learning so much on how to do things properly… It’s just a fantastic course to do.”
Beyond formal training, Emily cherishes the daily learning experiences. “Every day is something different,” she says, highlighting the dynamic nature of her role. Her early opportunity to assist the receptionist, Chantelle, provided her with “great skills with admin,” while her work on the floor continually hones her practical abilities.

I live by myself. I have my own apartment. I pay my own rent, and that’s all thanks to Access Industries.”
