The Access Industries Seven Hills production department is running a food drive to help get more food and grocery items to people who need them.
Last year we donated a massive 614kgs of food and grocery items. Food Bank NSW advised that equals the provision of 1,105 meals and necessity items to Australians who need it most.
Following the success of so many generous donations in past drives, the target has been set for this year to collect 1 ton of food items! All donations will be sent to Foodbank Australia at the completion of the drive.
Foodbank provides food for 77 million meals a year or 210,000 meals a day to over 2,400 charities and 2,000 schools for distribution to people in need of food relief.
If you are able to donate, please leave all donations at reception at the Seven Hills Station Rd site.
What to donate:
- Bottled water
- Good quality tinned food and meals (with ring pulls)
- Noodles, pasta, and rice
- Long life milk
- Museli bars and snacks
- Deodorant, soap and body wash
- Shampoo, conditioner and sanitary items
- Baby food and formula
- Pet food
