Ana brings over 20 years of extensive finance leadership experience across a diverse range of industries. Throughout her career, she has partnered closely with executive teams and Boards to navigate complex change, improve performance, implement innovative technologies, launch breakthrough products, and build high-performing teams.
Whether working to improve access to life-changing medicines or leading large-scale business transformations, Ana’s guiding philosophy has remained steadfast: finance is at its best when it helps organisations create lasting, meaningful value.
Reflecting on her decision to join Access Industries, Ana shared:

As CFO, Ana’s primary focus is ensuring that Access maintains the financial strength, discipline, and strategic insight needed to support our mission and expand our impact for years to come. But beyond the numbers, she brings a collaborative, people-first leadership style rooted in curiosity and listening.

Since stepping into the role, Ana has spent time immersing herself across the business: meeting teams, learning our operations, and experiencing firsthand what makes Access special.
