As General Manager of Sales & Customer Success, Rachel leads our Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams, bringing great people and ideas together to build trusted partnerships and create customer experiences we can all be proud of.

A Wealth of Experience Across Asia Pacific
Rachel’s career reflects a deep passion for leadership, sales, and marketing, spanning diverse industries including FMCG, manufacturing, and complementary medicines. Having led General Manager responsibilities across the Asia Pacific region, she has successfully managed major, high-profile relationships with household names such as Woolworths, Coles, Blackmores, and Swisse, among many others.
Despite her extensive corporate achievements, Rachel’s proudest moments have always centred on people. Whether she is watching someone grow in confidence, helping a team achieve something they never thought possible, or nurturing a customer partnership that goes from strength to strength, she loves turning ambition into results. She is a firm believer that we achieve our best when people feel supported, valued, and genuinely excited about where we are heading.
What Brought Rachel to Access
Access’s core purpose was a major drawcard for Rachel. The opportunity to apply her commercial expertise to an enterprise where business success directly translates into meaningful careers felt deeply rewarding. Furthermore, she found strong inspiration in Dan’s leadership and direction, sparking a shared excitement for what the future holds.

Looking Ahead: Building a Lighthouse Brand
Rachel has ambitious and exciting goals for her time at Access. She wants Access to be our customers’ absolute number one choice; the trusted partner they enjoy working with and turn to first whenever they face a new idea or challenge. Her vision includes growing alongside existing customers, welcoming new ones, and creating even more opportunities for our supported workforce to showcase what they can do.
She is also eager to bring our partners closer to our core mission through our Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and fundraising initiatives, unlocking even greater potential to make a difference together. Ultimately, Rachel’s ambition is for Access to become a true “lighthouse brand” that sets industry benchmarks, gives others something to aspire to, and fills our people, customers, and partners with pride.
