Sydney, NSW – Access Industries is pleased to announce the appointment of Michelle Hilton as the new Production Planner.
She will be responsible for the crucial task of developing and meticulously maintaining production schedules. Michelle shared that her primary objective will be to ensure that all customer orders are fulfilled accurately and delivered by their designated deadlines. To achieve this, she will be working in close collaboration with several key stakeholders, including the Sales team, the Customer Service department, and the site leadership teams. This collaborative approach will be essential for effective planning and seamless execution throughout the production process.
“My professional journey in Australia has provided me with valuable experience directly relevant to this new opportunity. Before joining Access, I held the position of Production Planner at Beak and Johnston, where I focused on the planning and scheduling for their Cooked Division. Following this, I further developed my supply chain expertise as an Integrated Supply Planner at Mondelez International. These roles have equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of production planning principles, demand forecasting, and the importance of cross-functional communication.”
