Access Industries is pleased to announce the appointment of Dennys Martinez as the Manager, Erskine Park Packing Solutions.
Dennys brings a wealth of experience to Access Industries having previously worked in senior roles in Disabilities Services Australia, Wesfarmers and Tismor. He has strong expertise in Production and Supply Chain management.
Dennys will be responsible for overseeing the Erskine Park site in its entirety and will work closely with both Procter and Gamble personnel and the Erskine Park team to improve overall efficiencies, capacity constraints, automation and throughput.
Dennys is a father of four children, with another on the way. Two of his children are on the autism spectrum, which has led Dennys to open the doors of Australia’s first family daycare service for children with autism in 2014.
“I am a builder of vision for people with different abilities,” said Dennys. “My journey has led me to Access Industries to help build tomorrow’s changemakers”.
Access Industries has been in operation for over 74 years, providing opportunities for people with disability to achieve economic and community participation through meaningful employment. All employees receive the training and support they need to deliver quality products for their customers – which are primarily in the packing, timber products and linen services.
Rob Kirkham, CEO of Access Industries said, “We’re very pleased to have Dennys on board. His depth of experience and capabilities in management, and empowering people with disability, will complement our team in delivering our mission”.
