Mariska joins us with an impressive background and a profound dedication to the core values that drive our organisation. She is a passionate advocate for disability rights, safeguarding, and truly person-centred practices, which will be instrumental as we continue to evolve our vocational supports.
Expertise in Inclusive Employment and Operations
Mariska’s career has been dedicated to the Disability sector, where she has developed a deep understanding of what it takes to design and lead successful, inclusive programs. Her previous roles, including Business Manager, Factory Manager, and Client Services Manager, demonstrate comprehensive experience across:
- Inclusive Employment Strategies
- Strategic Program Design
- Operational Leadership
She emphasises that all her work is grounded in a commitment to creating environments where every individual feels safe, valued, and fully supported in their professional journey.
