Sydney, NSW – What a day! We celebrated a big achievement with our supported employees who are eligible for supported employment funding and NDIS plan supports. They completed their Certificate III in Process Manufacturing, and we had a footy-themed BBQ and certification ceremony. It was all about recognising hard work, dedication and continuous learning.
The footy decorations and food were a great way to celebrate the cohort’s achievement. The program supports people with disabilities and is funded through supported employment funding, so we can continue to provide ongoing support and opportunities.
The highlight of the day was the certification ceremony. The graduates beamed with pride as they received their certificates. The team and support people assist employees in achieving their personal goals and NDIS goals, providing guidance and encouragement every step of the way.
